Quiet Lessons…

It’s been over a week now. I’m still fuzzy-headed, cloudy, unfocused. Think I’ll go hit some golf balls to break outta my funk… Last Wednesday morning, a little after 8 a.m. Eastern, he took his last breath. For over fifty years, he got up at 5:30 in the morning. Never complained once. Same routine. Shave, cup of tea, bowl of [...]

I read your lessons Walt, great content. Much better than anything I could create. You asked for critiques. I did read all 7.

It started out with a golfing metahpor but didnt seem to keep theme throughout. I ipersonally am not sure what "inside the ropes' means. I am thinking something to do with golfing but I think of boxing.

On confirmation page the Call To Action isn't clear. The link wasn't obvious to me.

Lesson 1 was a bit long for my preference but it did flow well. I didn't get the connection between headline and first paragraph.

I would try to get a stronger hook at the bottom of the lessons so your reader is drooling in anticipation of the next lesson.

Congratulations on your endeavour. My feedback is based on my experience reading not on doing.

Good job Walt.

WALT. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I'm completely reorganizing myself and being a born-again social marketer. I actually told myself I'd get to sleep a while ago. But between my two main projects, moderating and supporting members, and redoing(restarting) my social marketing ... it's been a 12 hour day every day for the past 3 days! Whew!

I see you've been getting around here though quite a bit. How's the site coming along?

Walt - thanks for the kind comments. Social Marketing is like a trip back to University for me... i've found out some great things, which I try and share, but I also bum out and trip on a banana skin occasionally.... there's some great people on here and in the buzz group. It's an exciting time!

Keep in touch.
