I live with my wife in a beautiful English village where there are lots of trees and not so many houses. My home looks over the village green where they play cricket in the summer. The village pub is just 2 minutes walk and do great food. We are also only 5 minutes drive from the nearest town and decent shops.
I work as a sales consultant and coach for ambitious business owners. I help then solve 3 main problems relating to accelerating sales growth:
How to develop compelling value propositions
How to generate more leads - especially from networking and existing clients
How to find good sales people and build a sales team
My clients are mainly selling services or complex products with a heavy service element. I am extremely fast at getting to underlying issues and helping clients develop their own solutions. I specialise in single session coaching where I can help people achieve clarity on a sales related issue very quickly.
I run a public workshop called the Lead Generation Masterclass which focuses on helping people gain clarity around their value proposition and develop stories that generate leads and referrals. It is a lot of fun and I believe it is also unique - people often go from struggling to generate leads to actually leaving the workshop with leads.
I have recently launched the Accidental Salesman Club with the help of Diane Corriette as my first membership site and as a vehicle to generate valuable content.
When you set up your business you never realised that you were going to end up being a sales person did you? Not a REAL sales person but an accidental sales person! Like many people in a similar situation you are ambitious and don’t mind doing the work. You just want some inspiration, guidance and tips for effective selling so you don’t need a personality transplant!
It offers access to free online sales training and tips for effective selling. It is especially designed for accidental sales people who want to improve their confidence and competence in sales without being pushy.

I'm pleased to be tagging along as one of your new friends.
I'm on the look out for 'Pearls of Wisdom' and I think I've got myself involved with all the right people.
I have been invited to network with colleagues here at Social Marketing Central and I wanted to extend my network to you and others that I share my interests or that I have previously networked with or have a professional relationship.
