In my pursuit for Twitter excellence, one of the things I have found to be most beneficial is to pay close attention to the terms of service on Twitter, as well as their blog.

As I was going through my inbox the other day I saw a message that made me laugh. The title? "Safe List Marketing Is Dead!" Based on what I know to be the truth, I would have to strongly disagree.
