The more sites you join and promote yourself...the more results you will get.there is no secret, its statistics:
Offer your "deal" to ANY number of people, and you will get a % of interested referrals. 3 to 5 people out of a 100 are my tipical results. Ajusting the wording of your "speal" or "comment" can raise or lower these results, so experiment.
