- I believe that business can be a force for positive change and can make a difference in the world. The key to everything is people - valuing people, developing people, and trusting people - working with people who share your commitment and motivation. Values matter. I know my values as the result of a structured exercise (ask if you would like to know more about that) - values such as love, integrity, spirituality, trust, peace, purpose, laughter, honesty, courage and authenticity.
So who am I? I'm a person who lives those values every day and in everything that I do.
It's vital to have balance between work and life. On a sunny day you could find me running our dogs on the beach at lunchtime - equally you could find me working on a project at midnight. It's easy to be in balance when we love what we do - and I love making a difference and influencing the world though my training company and by using my advanced NLP (neuro-lingusitic programming) and hypnosis skills.
