About Me:

I am a Stress Management Consultant, Life Coach, facilitator and published poet; Board Certified Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists, NGH Certified Instructor and current President of the NGH Salt Lake Chapter. I am the CEO of the Academy of Life Management in Salt Lake City, UT where I also maintain a private practice.

I love marketing, and I'll never get enough of helping people personally and professionally to better their lives.
I'm an enthusiastic cook (some people say I'm pretty good!) and I love to garden and watch things grow. I'm a long time 'learner' and beginning 'doer' in the internet marketing field - always looking to learn more and put it to good use.
