Firstly, Happy New Year... Did Vanc.WA. get snow...?... we have about 3 feet in Durango, CO.
I was reviewing one of our threads with Chris (the crazy Chicago guy) and noticed that you assist 'off-line' brick and mortar with their on-line web exposure...
I've been doing the same for many years now for a hand full of clients... However, I primarily provide consultation, copywriting and management of their customized 'eClubs' via specific autoresponder email newsletter, messages, et.al. I've just recently begun packaging a service that includes the development of their social/blog media awareness campaigns... with some other SEO assistance.
Curious as to what you've been concentrating on these days, and how is it working out for you?... I'm further looking into keeping my off-liners, yet, slowly (also) moving into more "leveraged" results with my own (and/or affiliate) products on-line.
Oh, btw... have you experienced any outsourcing services, both local and overseas?

Or use a better form. capcha is the image you have to type in. Or you can use a form with a human calculation like 1 + 3 = and then they have to enter it in the box.
Or just forget about the forms and add your address as you [at] yoursite.com embedded int the page. Spam robots so far can't firgure it out.
Most people these days do this, most forms are unsecure, if you are getting this spam then the spammer is probably using you form to send 1000s more spam email by plundering the forms vulnerabilty.
Are you getting any complaints on your email address or alot of bounce messages (email undeliverable)?
