Hi and question Please...

Hi to everyone haven't posted for a very long time and up late here in Australia doing some site work.

My question please is...
"What is the easiest way to find the backlinks and there anchor text to my site is there a command?" i have been using Yahoo site explorerer but you have to go to everysite monually to look for the anchor text.thanks in advance.... Al

Question Please ? as i do not know any Hypnotists other than you and i understand that it is not a quick fix for psychological stuff but what can it do for someone ie other than phobias like snakes spiders and the like.
And does the self hypnosis stuff work for modifying unruley behavior.

Suppose what is there for me at the moment is....
i just finished listening to Mark Joyners Viral Marketing Audios pretty good explains the concept next to a Virus in medical terms.
what sticks is what he calls the copulation rate of a viral (well whatever you what to attach it to).
so that it can be passed on by the Host but the speed at which the host passes it on.
Am very interested in the video nature of it and willing to learn of all you Gurus...

am editting footage of a home made "how to" for bro in laws site and then how do you get it out there other than You Tube...

Hi Al,
You asked about uploading a photo,click brows in your profile then click where you keep your pictures
I just picked one of me I had in my pictures file
on my c drive and clicked upload and it was resized for me.
I hope this helps,
or if you have paint on your computer maybe in accessories past a photo in there and resize in stretch/skew put 25%-25% save as jepg
Then do as above,
