An experiment into the power of 2.0 marketing.

Being at a loose end (5 minutes to spare) I have thought of an idea. We are all convinced that 2.0 is the way forward or we wouldn't be here but we don't really get any idea on how much money we can actually make.

Claims vary from the " made millions of dollars before lunch" guru's (that doesnt include you Jack :) to the "its too time consuming and yoiu don't make any money out of it" school so what I am thinking is this.

Starting a completely new 2.0 campaign in a niche i feel is ripe.

There will be certain conditions.

1. I will only use the equipment I have available video camera laptop good digital camera
2. i will spend as little money as possible. (£200 dollars budget to start)
3. i will use my existing contacts on squidoo, MySpace
4.I will give myself six months to complete the campaign.
5. i will report progress on my blog, honestly and fairly.

One of the things newbies are worried about is throwing money away as there are so many false leads about so I want to prove that it can actually be done.

Then i'll be approaching jack for a JV to sell the ebook :)

Any advice welcome.

Keep an eye on my blog for all the latest info on what I'm up to. At the moment I've decided to copy the master Jack Humphrey. If this site works for him then I figure that it should work for others too. Then again, I don't know the size of jack's list (I havent got a list yet) so I guess that he's got a bit of a head start on us newbies. But I guess if i can get decent results using Jack's methods then he may want to use this as a case study for the next edition of his authority black book.
